Vacuum drying is to heat materials under vacuum. Drying rate is increased under vacuum after vacuumizing anddehumidifying a working chamber by vacuum pumps.
Characteristics:
High drying rate can be obtained at low temperature and heat is sufficiently used.
Unstable or thermo-sensitive materials can be dried at low temperature.
Solvent-containing materials or material containing solvents which must be recycled can be dried.
The driers are sterilized before drying and do not introduce any impurity during drying.
As static vacuum driers, the driers do not damage material shape.
