GZS Series

Overview:

Double cone vacuum driers of ZGS series are brand new driers developed on the basis of techniques for similar domestic products. Belts-chain two-stage elastic couplings make the driers run stably. Both end shafts are welded and then processed by large boring mill, thus they are perfectly coaxial. Insides and outsides of the housings are made of thick profile steels (stainless steel) to ensure stable operation under vacuum and higher pressure. Reliable swivel joints made by American technique are applied to heating medium and the vacuum system. We produce hundreds of vacuum driers annually as a manufacture of professional driers. Our products use heat mediums like high temperature heat transfer oil, medium temperature steam and low temperature hot water.

Characteristics:

The driers have high drying rates at lower temperatures. They dry materials in a sealed container so that both materials and environment are protected from pollution. Thersmal efficiencies are high and solvents are recyclable. They can minimize the water contents of dried materials. The structures are simple, thus the driers are easy to clean and materials hardly remain on the rotary walls. However, they cannot run continuously, drying rates are low, effective heating areas are small and scales can be hardly expanded.

Operation principle:

Inner shell transfers heat of heat source (e.g. hot water, lower pressure steam or heat transfer oil) in a closed interlayer to the materials. Power source drives the drier body to rotate slowly so as to continuously mix the materials, thus the materials can be further dried.    

Under vacuum, decrease of vapor pressure saturates water (solvent) on surfaces of the materials to evaporate the liquid and the steam is discharged and recycled by the vacuum pump. Internal water (solvent) constantly moves to the surfaces and is evaporated and discharged. The three uninterrupted processes dry the materials in a short time.
