Overview:
The liquid ring vacuum pumps and compressors of SK/2SK series are used for exhausting and compressing air and other noncorrosive, water insoluble and solid particle-free gases so as to create vacuum and pressure in closed containers. A little liquid is allowed in the gas.
The SK liquid ring vacuum pumps and compressors are being widely used in fields of machinery, petrochemistry, pharmacy, food, sugar industry and electronic industry. Since the gas compression is an isothermal process, compression and exhaustion of explosive gases are safe, which expands application range of the products.
Compared with the SK series, the 2SK products have included secondary impellers and pump cavities to increase vacuum by serial connection. The pumps have high exhaustion capacity under high vacuum. The 2SK water ring pumps can be connected with air injection pumps in series. The limiting vacuum of combined two-stage pump and air injection pump can be -740mmhg, namely -0.098Mpa, and the absolute pressure is about 2660pa. Furthermore, the 2SK pumps can be combined with Roots pumps to form liquid ring-roots pump units with a wider application range due to the limiting vacuum of 0.5Pa.
Operating vacuum range is (-0.04)–(-0.093)MPa.
