WL/WLW series reciprocating vacuum pump is one of the main equipments to obtain low vacuum. Compared with the WL series production, WLW series vertical reciprocating pumps add oil trap relate to piston route so as to obtain more cleaner vacuum environment. WLW series reciprocating vacuum pump is another updating and upgrading product of W/WY/WL series. Besides the advantages of horizontal and vertical reciprocating pumps before, the outstanding characteristics are as follows：
No-oil: Adopting PTFE piston ring can make sure the normal operation of the gas cylinder without lubricating oil which can avoid the accidents resulting from oil pollution, waste and forgetting to add oil.
Adding oil trap：The oil trap can make sure the oil carried by the piston rod will not enter the cylinder thus ensure the no-oil. On the other hand, the needed gas can be inflated into the closed oil chamber to ensure the cleaning or no-leakage of the suctioned gas.
The discharge port can be disposed on the front, back, left and right sides which is convenient for the user to install and use.
The accessory material can be changed to pump corrosive medium.
It can be connected with Roots pumps or WLW reciprocating vacuum pumps to form no-oil high vacuum package unit.
Above points can make WLW pump be widely used in all the industry departments, such as vacuum distilling, evaporation, crystallization, drying and filter of chemical, pharmacy or food industry, degassing of the vacuum metallurgy industry and immersion of electrical equipment industry etc. It is especially applicable in the environment needing clean high pressure or the gas needing clean recycle. It overcomes the pollution brought by lubricating oil. If it is used to pump flammable and explosive gas, or used as compressor, the user should supply the special order request.
