Overview：

2BV series water ring vacuum pumps are suitable for pumping the gases and steam. Its suction pressure can reach 33mbar (abs) (i.e. 97 % vacuum degree). If the transformer oil is used as the operating liquid, these pumps are called oil ring vacuum pump and the suction pressure can reach 6.7mbar (abs) (i.e. 99 % vacuum degree). So the oil ring vacuum pumps can replace the reciprocated vacuum pumps completely. When the liquid ring vacuum pumps work under the condition near the limited vacuum for a long time, it is necessary to couple with the cavitation protection pipe in order to get rid of the screaming and protect the pump.When the 2BV series are used as compressor, it should pay attention to the discharge pressure and select suitable motor power as the increase of the discharge pressure will increase the 2BV pump power.

Structure and features:

The direct connection of the motor and pump with the same shaft saves space and is convenient to install.

Adopting mechanical seal as standard equipment, which eliminates leakage and makes the maintenance convenient.

Stable working and the noise can low to 62 decibel.

Unique design of flexible discharge port will not cause over compression which therefore, makes sure the best efficiency of 2BV in the performance scope.

All the 2BV series have the connection port of the cavitation protection pipe. E.g. when the pump work under limited pressure, opening the connection port of the cavitation protection pipe or connecting with the separator can eliminate the cavitation sound under the condition that the suction effect can be made sure at utmost and protect the pump.

All the roughs of all the models in the 2BV series adopt precise casting( stainless steel and normal material).

All the components are processed precisely by the CNC lathe, and the mechanical seal adopts imported johncrane or Dalian Bergman to ensure the precision.

All adopt NTN or NSK imported bearing.

We decide to make the 2BV series to be the name-brand of Shandong Province in three years on the basis of advancing comprehensive technology by perfecting our management and enhancing quality control ability.

2BV series liquid ring pump can be combined with ZJ seires Roots pump to form JZJ2B Roots package unit. The ultimate vacuum can be 5pa and can be coupled with separator and heat exchanger to form 2BV closed recycle unit, which improve the safety and reliability of the system through one open one prepared, more open more prepared form.

2BV-F series liquid ring vacuum pump/compressor is mainly applied to pump explosive gas, and operates in all the flammable and explosive environment. Its performance parameters are the same as relevant models in 2BV-B, 2BV-E series.

2BV liquid ring vacuum pump: mode expression method

Models of 2BV series are expressed by 7 words (letters) and numbers as follows：

2BV– <1><2><3><4>

2BV is the name of the single-stage liquid ring vacuum series;

<1> stands for the model,

as B—stands for the series having thread connection of the inlet and outlet and coaxial shaft of motor and pump;

E—stands for the series having flange connection of the inlet and outlet and coaxial shaft of motor and pump;

F—stands for the series having flange connection of the inlet and outlet and coaxial shaft of motor and pump(explosion proof motors);

<2><3> stands for the nominal radius cm of the impeller,

<4>stands for code of nominal width-diameter ratio of the impeller, specifically, 0 stands for B(width)/D(diameter)=0.3; 1 stands for B/D=0.5.

For example, “2BV-E110” stands for a single-stage liquid ring vacuum pump having flange connection of inlet and outlet and coaxial shaft of motor and pump in which nominal diameter of the impeller is 220mm and width-diameter ratio is 0.3.
