500GSN50 Horizontal double suction split casing pump Testing Performance Report Result

GSN series pumps’ efficiency is the highest in pump fields. Because high operating efficiency over a wide range of capacities, lower operation cost and smaller motor output are all possible. They are split casing pumps of the highest efficiency and more applicable for saving energy.

According to our contract with the customer’s requirement efficiency is 88%,But our real tested efficiency is 89.7% .  Not calculate the original low efficiency pump is that the pump improve the part of the energy saving. Only from contract required  efficiency part we average increased by 2.6%.If Motor power is 450KW, then we only from the part of improvement to calculate it is 450 * 0.017= 7.65 KW / H.This kind of pump is usually run for 24 h,  if 360 days a year to calculate it is 7.65 * 24 * 360 = 66096KW.and if we according to our industrial electrical 1.2 to calculate ,only from our efficiency beyond the part we can save electricity each year for the customer 66096* 1.2 = 79315.2RMB
